Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR)
RGI is able to provide ILS planning through the definition and maintenance of a LSAR over the product lifecycle. This includes establishing preliminary data to aid in engineering / optimization activities. This support can include maintenance of a SLIC-IIB or SLICWave compliant planning system.
Maintenance Documentation
RGI is able to provide Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) compliant instructions, with Repair Parts & Special Tools Lists (RPSTL) and supporting training/skill code identification. This information is derivable from a 3D CAD model or from prototype system documentation. This can be directly entered into a customer furnished IETM authoring tool, or supplied within a light weight web page based format.
Training Planning
RGI is able to capture and extract training planning information from the LSAR, to aid in planning of training support materials. RGI is further able to create training material consistent with DoD standards to aid in operation and maintenance of the component, sub-system or system. Finally, RGI is able to provide training personnel to train stakeholders in the operation and maintenance of the end equipment.
Reliability
RGI is able to track and maintain reliability information related to component, sub-system and system operation. This activity includes application of Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) prior to system testing, and Failure Mode Effects Corrective Action (FMECA) analysis during the verification / validation product development activity to aid in reliability growth planning. This includes the tracking and scoring of failures to aid in Mean-Time-Between-System Aborts, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) reliability measurement.
Lifecycle Cost (LCC) Management
RGI is able to utilize ILS compliant tools to aid in determination of LCC for products during their product development lifecycle.
Environment Safety & Health (ESH) Management
RGI is able to perform Environmental, Safety and Health assessments to aid in tracking and mitigating product development ESH related risks.
RGI provides Logistics Engineering services, consistent with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) standards, which allows our customers to focus on their core system and sub-system competencies.
