Process Sheet Definition
RGI is able to transform 3D solid modeling information into detailed process instructions, capturing Bill of Material, Inspection and Tools requirements. This can be presented in a variety of formats, ranging from direct entry into a customer's Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) system, to providing a web-based alternative to CAPP systems. Types of process plans include Assembly, Inspection, Testing and Machining processes.

CNC Generation
RGI is able to take 3D solid models developed within the customer's CAD tool, and generate CNC and G code to aid in automating the machining process.

Manufacturing Verification
RGI is able to apply state-of-the-art manufacturing software, such as DELMIA, Quest and Process Engineer to aid in achieving routing optimization.
