Paul Quitmeyer Vice President and Chief Financial Officer 
Paul Quitmeyer brings more than 30 years experience in financial management and treasury control in a variety of industries to the CFO position at Rampart Global.Most recently, Mr. Quitmeyer served as Vice President and Treasurer for Booth American Company, an owner and operator of radio and cable properties throughout the United States. His responsibilities covered cash and debt management treasury functions for the company, its subsidiaries and affiliates. He was also responsible for the corporate accounting staff. During a nine-year period at Booth American, Mr. Quitmeyer provided oversight to a 232% growth in revenues and a 432% growth in cash flow. Prior to his tenure at Booth American, Mr. Quitmeyer served as Controller for Health and Welfare Plans, Inc., a third party administrator of corporate health insurance plans. In this capacity he was responsible for company accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury functions as well as two Taft-Hartley trusts. Mr. Quitmeyer also worked for Price-Waterhouse for ten years where as an Audit Manager he was responsible for advising clients and for directing the examination of financial statements for a wide variety of clients in insurance, manufacturing, retailing and service industries. Mr. Quitmeyer has also operated independently for clients as a CPA. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Lutheran Special Education Ministries (a multi-state educational program for learning disabled children) and was Treasurer of the Trinity Lutheran Church Foundation of Utica. Mr. Quitmeyer graduated with a B.S. in Accounting with distinction from Wayne State University. He currently holds a CPA license in the State of Michigan. |
