Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
RGI works with
its customers to define engagement scope and schedule deliverables through an Integrated Master Plan (IMP). Workscope accomplishment
is objectively measured utilizing EVMS--Cost / Schedule
Performance Indices (CPI/SPI).
Integrated Management Schedule (IMS) RGI
captures task and workpackage duration and magnitude through the
generation of an Integrated Management Schedule (IMS). These tasks
have a direct tracking relationship to CPI and SPI performance.
System Engineering Detailed Schedule (SEDS) RGI captures detailed tasking and task relationships in a more
detailed schedule, which rolls up to summary level tasks within the IMS.
Resource Management Plan RGI works with
the customer to determine resource requirements in a Resource
Management Plan (RMP). This
document clarifies skill needs and is also utilized to define Joint Customer/RGI teaming
arrangements.
Sub-Contract Management Plan RGI
provides firm price estimates rigorously aligned with the IMP scope, IMS
schedule and RMP resourcing. The result is accountable,
repeatable work performance, cohesively managed through robust program
management practices.
Program Management is a key RGI
differentiator, enabling a sustainable means of ensuring project success
and accountability. By applying
Program Management Institute's (PMI) Project
Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), DoD5000 and Capability Maturity
Model Integrated (CMMI) project management practices, RGI is able to
maintain accountable and repeatable project performance.
